Senior Territory Sales Executive-MGTM

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

Drive Maintenance support revenue

•            Responsible for support  revenue and Support business  KPI achievement within his/her industry

•            Visit customers and partners to push maintenance payment

•            Discuss and negotatiate with customers and partners on maintenance business issues

•            Discuss and sign support maintenance payment agreements

•            Provides forecast on maintenance agreement signing and support fee collection progress 

•            Create Value for Maintenance

 

Collaborate with Sales Team, AGS, GCCO & F&A teams to achieve business targets

•            Provide support to VP, SD, AE/Channel sales teams on maintenance support contracts, policies, processes and  support values

and maintenance payment collection

•            Can collaborate well across teams to achieve business targets

•            Can make jointly account planning with VP, SD &AE, AGS, Channel and  F&A teams

 

Maitenance Support Values Promotion to customers and partners

•            Can present maintenance support values and deliveralbes to customers and partners

•            Will proactively communicate with customers and partners on SAP support values and promote support values realization.

•            Work with AGS delivery team to streamline the support and improve customers’  satisfaction on SAP support.

 

Self  Development

•            On top of on-the job coaching, the candidate  hould  improve her/his sales skills along various dimensions (negotiation, communication, solution/industry expertise, competitive insight,systems and tools,  etc.) as prioritized with MGTM

•            Able to articulate

Experience & Language Requirements

•            Minimum 5 years experience in Sales

•            Knowing or having successful experience in multi channel go to market models

•            Understanding the principles of solution selling through Partners

•            Knowledge and understanding of Indirect channel dynamics

•            Knowledge of ERP market

•            Business level English: yes
