1. PURPOSE
This position will be in charge of daily HR operations in benefit and payroll fields, employee engagement activities, onboarding & off boarding management, local training management and regional training coordination. Support China HR Head in HR projects implementation, eg. Benefit related projects, EES and etc.
2. KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Work with payroll and benefit team for new hires and leavers movement. Benefit insurance contract renew. Be the contact point in local for employee to ask benefit and payroll related questions.
2. Organize different employee engagement activities, such as brown baggers – lunch and learning, family day, team buildings, new hires sharing session.
3. Manage onboarding and off boarding process, and make improvement to the process if necessary.
4. Be in charge of local trainings, includes training budget set up, training needs survey and analysis, sourcing training resources. Arrange local training, as well as coordinate regional training.
5. Contract hiring process and employee offer letter review.
6. Support China HR Head in varies HR projects

1. Accurate and timely movement for new hires and leavers in benefit items and payroll report.
2. Arrange diversified employee engagement activities to improve employee engagement and build pleasant working environment.
3. Timely and smoothly onboarding preparation.
4. Training budget control and training arranged focusing on the impact based on employee needs.
5. Contractor process control based on compliance and legal requirement.

7. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Professional
Bachelor’s degree
5 years HR working experience in general fields.
Experience in working in MNCs
Technical
Familiar with China labor contract law and relative regulations
Knowledge of payroll calculation and china benefit
English speaker
