Main Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage a team of Deposit Relationship Managers
? Responsible for team’s sales performance, service standards, operation and compliance standards
? Required to lead in networking events, perform daily one on one coaching, performance measurement and conduct regular performance review to lift team’s sales performance
? Create a competitive, fair and positive work environment to cultivate team spirit
? Motivate, lead and encourage team members to work towards achieving team’s targets
? Participate in strategic business planning and guide team in the implementation of acquisition initiatives successfully
Job Requirements:
? At least 2 years working experience in retail banking with good sales performance.
? Solid knowledge on financial field, selling skills, banking products, regulatory, etc.
? Hands-on experience in presentation or conduct training in public;
? Strong leadership and proficient in communication with internal and external colleagues.
? Good written and oral skills (proficiency in both English and Chinese);
