岗位职责： §  Project Staff to manage and implement key project initiatives in the space of Global Markets Platform (GMP) Management and Global Markets Front Office Trading §  Project Management activities include the following to ensure timely project delivery: o   Review and tracking of project progress o   Timely escalation of project matters o   Resolution of conflicts amongst key stakeholders §  This role will provide the candidate with the opportunity to interact and work with Front, Middle, and Back office with IT / Vendor to bring forth Project solution/delivery. §  He / She will be reporting to a senior project manager and will be pioneering / spearheading the strategic project initiatives for the Global Markets Division.  任职要求： §  1-3 years of working experience in Project Management, Vendor Management or product Knowledge on Derivative and Front Office Risk management §  Possess relevant product (Derivatives) knowledge for various asset classes (FX, IR, EQ, COM, FI and Credit) §   Possess solid understanding on: o   Global Markets Platform and the end-to-end process for management of Global Markets Product. o   Front-to-back processes (e.g. Trade Booking, PnL Accounting, Risk Management, Trade Settlement, Reporting, etc) for Global Markets products §  Prior working experience in Global Markets Front, Middle or Back Offices will be a plus factor §  Effective problem solving skills within tight project timelines §  Good Communication and Problem Solving skills. §  Good for Microsoft skill and PPT skill and good presentation skill. §  Ability to build strong rapport with various stakeholders from Front, Middle and Back Office for effective resolution of project issues
