岗位概述： 卡产品规划岗负责发卡策略的更新、卡产品策略规划、制定及落地实施，并根据发卡及卡产品策略确定重点产品开发需求，评估发卡项目、统筹发卡测试等发卡业务支持工作。 Card Product Business Planning Position is mainly responsible for the overseas issuing strategy maintenance and revise, card product strategy and key card product development plan, and based on issuing strategy and card product strategy to assess issuing projects, support production test and issuing business card product related issue. 岗位职责： 1. 发卡策略 1） 定期维护及更新各市场信息分析表； 2） 定期维护及更新各市场发卡目标表； 3） 以上述市场信息及情况为基础，维护及更新境外发卡策略； 2. 产品策略 1) 根据市场情况及行业发展趋势制定/更新借贷记卡、预付费卡卡产品策略并和发卡策略结合落地推广； 2) 调研及分析市场情况及行业发展趋势，确认下阶段卡产品重点开发需求； 3. 发卡项目支持 1) 基于发卡策略及卡产品策略评估发卡项目，推动及支持市场达成发卡策略目标、推动发行重点产品、推动支持主流交易功能等，协助完善发卡项目； 2) 配合发卡项目落地支持，包括统筹发卡生产密集； 1. Issuing Strategy 1) Maintain and revise market payment industry information form periodically 2) Maintain and revise issuing target analysis of target markets form periodically 3) Based on the above information, maintain and revise overseas issuing strategy periodically 2. Product Strategy 1) Based on the marketing situation and development trends, develop/update product strategy for UnionPay credit card, debit card and prepaid card. Integrated with issuing strategy,  to implement the product strategy with issuing projects. 2) Survey & analyze markets and card product development trend and based on that, to clear key card product development need 3. Issuing Project Support 1) Based on issuing strategy and product strategy, assess issuing project and optimize the project to reach issuing strategic goal by pushing to issue key product and support primary functions 2) Supporting overseas project implementation, including production testing and other related issue. 任职要求： 1、3年以上金融行业经验；preferred 3 years of product manager in finance industry 2、负责开发过新产品；preferred having experience for new card product development 3、有一定项目管理经验；preferred having experience for project management 4、可熟练听、说、读、写中英文；English speaking and writing will be an appreciated
