岗位职责:
1. 负责制定银联卡全球线上整体营销计划与策略;
2. 负责策划并实施全球跨境线上主题营销,包括项目的统筹策划、落地执行,营销活动宣传推广, 协助市场完成网上交易KPI;
3. 负责与境外线上商户(如海购商户、OTA,航空公司,酒店,租车等)自行完成营销洽谈和落地执行。
1. Responsible for developing overall online global marketing strategies and plans;
2. Responsible for designing and implementing online global themed marketing campaigns, including plan set up and execution, publicity, support regional markets to fulfill KPI;
3. Responsible for cooperating with global online key merchants for marketing campaigns, including online shopping, OTA, airlines, hotels, and car rental, etc.
任职要求:
1.本科学历及以上。
2.3年以上银行或国际知名品牌、跨国公司市场营销工作经验,熟悉电子商务、航空公司、酒店等线上营销活动。
3.具备很强的多项目管理能力、数据分析能力、资源整合能力、报告能力、创意设计以及市场敏感性。
4.具备营销、数学、有电商、互联网公司工作经验的候选人优先考虑。
5.中英文沟通、写作能力强,可与合作机构独立谈判、交流。
6.性格开朗,具有亲和力,工作积极主动、跨部门跨市场沟通能力强,具备一定的适应能力、抗压能力及团队合作精神。
1. Full-time undergraduate degree and above.
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in online marketing function at banks and international companies, including online project planning, execution, results analysis etc.
3. Strong capabilities in multi-project management, data analysis, resources integration, proposal & reporting, creative design and market sensitivity.
4. Background with online marketing, online retail and data analysis, are preferred.
5. Chinese and English communication with strong ability in writing and independently negotiating with partners.
6. Cheerful, proactive, strong cross-function/cross-market communication skills, team spirit, ability to work under pressure.
