RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责
- Provide implementation project management support and technical solution support to UnionPay institutions/potential clients
负责境外合作机构的项目管理与运营支持服务。
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs, ensure delivery on commitments.
负责编写项目业务技术实现方案,制定项目计划,并组织实施并负责更新项目进展报告和问题报告, 确保按计划投产。
- Setup workshop with the institutions to discuss operational and technical requirements for the new projects and facilitate new program installations.
负责与境外合作机构的业务技术交流与培训。
- Manage routine and non-routine, moderately complex processing, testing, production rollout and change requests, as well as support customer initiatives.
负责跟进项目的测试、投产、试运行及日常运营问题等工作;
- responsible for related work assigned by the superior.
协助运营支持室的各项工作.
Qualifications
任职要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
本科以上计算机、信息技术理工科相关专业或同等工作经历。
- 3-5 years experience in project management/customer support role in card payment industry, chip card technology, software, financial or information services would be an added advantage.
具有3-5年银行卡行业相关经验或在国际性公司、金融行业从事项目管理工作或IC卡相关经验者优先。
- Good working knowledge of card payment processing systems including message routing, chip card processing,authorization, clearing & settlement and client connectivity would be added advantage.
对于卡支付系统的报文路由、IC卡交易、授权、清分清算及连接有一定的了解者优先。
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
有较好的口头表达、文字、演示和沟通能力。
- Ability to write in and speak English fluently.
出色的英语听说读写能力
