Responsibilities:
1.Manage/Guide team leaders to achieve department sales targets;
2.Provides a high level of professional, competent service assistance at all times;
3.Train,motivate and evaluate telesales team members to improve the entire sales abilities and develop team sprits;
4.Assistant TS Manager to optimize department related processes & rules as needed;
5.Assistant TS Manager to complete cross-department project communication, such as CS/IT/Sales dept.
6.Provide operation report to management;
7.Other tasks as assigned;

1.管理和指导电销团队完成部门销售目标

2.提供高水平的,专业的,称职的服务;

3.培训,激励和评估销售团队成员,提高整个销售团队销售能力和团队凝聚力

4.协助电销经理优化部门内部流程和规章制度;

5.协助电销经理完成跨部门沟通,例如客服部,IT部,销售部等。

6.制作专业的数据报告;

7.经理安排的其他事宜


Requirements:
1.At least 3 years management experience in Call center/Telesales industry, be open to less experienced applicants based on their good performance;
2.Bachelor's degree or above, "Western experience" is an advantage;
3.Process management and strong analytical skills;
4.Proven problem solving skills;
5.Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
6.Good time management skills;
7.Excellent in English reading & writing;
8.Advanced PC skills(Word, excel, power point, Internet);

1. 3 年及以上呼叫中心/电话销售行业管理经验,条件优异者可适当放宽要求

2.本科及以上学历,海外工作经验者优先

3.流程管理和较强的分析能力

4.良好的沟通协调能力和解决问题的能力

5.较强的沟通和人际交往能力

6.良好的时间管理技能

7.良好的英语读写能力;

8.优秀的电脑操作技能 WordexcelPPT
