Duties and responsibilities

l   Staff Engagement and Retention: support engagement activities/ projects like Employee APP, engagement survey, etc. aims to increase staff satisfaction, motivation, engagement and retention in defined area; lead or support staff activities like annual party, outing, etc.;

    员工激励与保留:参与各项员工激励与保留项目的实施开展,例如员工APP、员工满意度调查、年会及团建活动的组织开展,旨在提升员工满意度;

l   ER Case and HR Compliance Management: handle ER case such as disciplinary issue and ensure local legal requirements are met, support on relevant process optimization; 

    ER case及员工关系管理:协助ER case的处理,确保ER case处理流程和劳动纠纷符合当地法律法规要求

l   Data Maintenance: Collect and maintain various staff data upon needs, closely track status of hiring, attrition timely with good quality;

    数据的管理:收集和维护各项HR数据,根据业务需求提供相应数据分析报表

l   Other tasks assigned by line manager.

    直线领导安排的其他事务;

Requirements

Education/Experience

l   Bachelor's degree. Human resources related major.

    本科以上学历,人力资源相关专业。、

l   More than 2 years HR experiences.

    两年以上HR工作经验。

Knowledge

Required skills

l  Good communication skill、Understanding、Logical thinking ability;

   良好的沟通能力、理解力和逻辑思维能力;

l  Strong capability to handle multi-tasks at one time and can work under the pressure

   较强的工作执行力和抗压能力。

l  Strong sense of responsibility, be proactive.

   较强的责任心、工作积极主动。

l  Above average English Competency in spoken and written.

   具有一定英文书写和口头表达能力。

l  Be familiar with excel in HR area.

   良好的办公软件运用能力,擅长数据分析,能熟练使用EXCEL&PPT。
