- Be responsible for recruiting the abroad Chinese technical talent(US preferred)return back to Shanghai to work.
- Use the social or recruit channel to find US resource to accomplish these goals.
- OTA talent sourcing\mapping\marketing analysis.
- Do the innovation project based on HR function.
- 6+ years “hands on” experience in oversea internet, IT / Technical recruiting including management of recruiting programs, sourcing, candidate management, client management, vendor & agency management, positions (CTO, VP, etc), compensation and candidate negotiations.
- Strong skills in using and social networks.
- Strong Written, verbal and presentation skills(English&Chinese).
- Software application experience to include MS Excel, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Internet.
- Innovation project in HR function.
- Previous experience as a high volume recruiter, in a global consultative environment.
