职位描述

工作任务及活动:

运作期间,用集中模式向所有前线物业员工发送指令信息、通告及紧急安排;

接听控制室所有来电,并提供迅速反馈,若当值期间有事件发生,及时向上级汇报;

熟悉控制室的控制系统及相关的设备、设施;

向装修承包商和租户承建商发放所有相关的许可证并做好记录;

及时填写所有工作日志、表格,跟进和更新巡查/抽查日志;

对控制室内的闭路电视及物业服务进行监控工作;

协助订货及与工程部沟通做好定期维护;

对物业管理设备设施进行库存登记;

员工制服及设备的管理;

必要时负责与酒店控制室进行沟通协调;

对中控系统接收的信号/通告指令进行及时复位。

 

技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求:

高中及以上学历,必须持有“中级建筑物消防员”(国家职业资格四级)或同等资格认证;

一到两年以上物业管理及中控室相关工作经验;

良好的英语能力,优秀的报告编写能力;

熟练使用计算机,熟悉MS Word, MS Excel和MS PowerPoint;

优秀的管理及人际关系技巧;

倒班工作制;

甲级写字楼及商场工作经验者优先。
