This position is responsible for the China Retail Operations division of Lafayette 148 New York in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation and Performance Management issues as well as Office Management functions. this is a unique opportunity to partner with senior management as to lead a small team in a growing business within the fashion industry. Specific responsibilities will include:
? Develops and implements a sourcing strategy to identify candidates for division-wide openings to ensure Lafayette 148 New York is attracting and retaining top industry and retail talent.
? Coordinates staffing assignments including sourcing applicants, interviewing and generating offers.
? Works collaboratively with hiring manager to identify job specs and formulate recruiting strategy and timeline.
? Ensures prompt time-to-hire. Tracks cost and time to hire for all positions.
? Uses on-line resources, employee and industry networking to identify top talent.
? Manages Compensation, Employee Relations and Performance Management，Training management issues. Builds strong business relationships with managers and understands the greatest HR challenges facing their departments.
? Be familiar with China Labor Law and related regulations, builds up HR system and policies, updated staff handbook, deals with labor disputes
Be in charge of maintain working Visa and working permit for foreign staff
? Conducts two months’ status checks on all new employees to ensure their proper support and success.
? Collaborates with managers to ensure they are providing meaningful feedback to employees regarding their contributions and developmental needs.
? Conducts exit interviews for all separating employees.
? Organizes staff activities and builds up excellent company culture
? Communicates regularly with the VP of HR in the US
? 6+ years HR experience including 3+ years in Recruiting and Employee Relations. Retail experience is essential
? Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or above
? Be honesty/faithful/responsible, extremely self-motivated and track record of delivering on commitments.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, sensitivity for confidential matters.
? Team player with strong Customer Service orientation.
? Fluent in English (written and oral)
