? Implement the Cargill FSSC22000/ISO 9000/HACCP and others committed system in site; Coordinate yearly internal and external review; lead HACCP yearly review
? Optimize the QA/food safety system, update/review related procedure and document to meet regulation/low/government/Cargill/customer requirement;
? Lead monthly, daily food safety / quality audit, and ensure/push the corrective action that be highlighted during audit are in place in time, drive for/conduct the validation activities for corrective action with related department, serve as internal food safety audit team leader;
? Maintain/update/apply for the certification of FSSC22000/Halal/ISO/HACCP/IP and others will be implemented in the future; maintain/update the corporation standard;
? Take lead in QS certificate application,FDA audits; support for the CIQ audit activity in site;
? Involve in supplier audit; supplier management;
? To deal with the customer complaint;
? Responsible for leading and coordinating the daily QA/QC task; Responsible for laboratory safety;
? Conduct physical-chemical and micro analysis of raw material, in process product and finished product.
? Look after for site pest control, metrology management, documentation management activities etc;
? Responsible for implementing inspection and testing procedures in order to meet company and product quality standards and relevant regulations within assigned team;
? Looking after for raw material and finished goods release, providing COA in time;
? Leading the inspection/testing plan/internal control limit/sampling plan/environment monitor plan setting and review and ensure implementation; Leading the lab ability improvement, organize the ring test with 3rd party and sister unit lab;
? Monitors records of defects and failure rates;
? Supervise and train specialist and technician.
? Supervise and provide quality and food safety related training to others function team;
? Set up / maintain good relationship with internal/external cooperated departments
Education (includes formal education, certifications, accreditations, etc)
? Bachelor Degree in Sciences (Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or similar);
? > 5 years work experience on QA/QC and 2-3 years laboratory management in related industry.
? Write / read / speak fluent in English;
? Must be proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
? Gain knowledge on ISO 9000, GLP, HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC22000 etc;
? Quality audit skill; including supplier audit, ISO audit etc.
? Strong data analysis skill, familiarly on sampling plan and SPC;
? Special training in QAQC and an understanding of food hygiene and quality control systems;
? Country and local regulations on analysis measurements of food products;
? Good knowledge of CTS products and production facilities;
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
? Good communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with production and related function team;
? Ability to work on various high priority projects simultaneously. A high degree of self-sufficiency is indispensable;
? Reporting and presentation skills.
