Be responsible of the procurement work of our company including price inquiry, price comparison, sign purchasing contract, acceptance, evaluation and feedback, and the summary work
Investigate, analyze and evaluate target markets, then identify the purchase needs and opportunity.
Improve company procurement system and the purchasing process, to control the purchasing quality and purchasing cost
Organize the evaluation, certification, management and assessment of suppliers
Develop department short, medium and long-term work plan, prepare and submit departmental budget
Bidding and business negotiation of the logistics and project work.
Take charge of the import and export business work according to the purchasing requirements
Make and execute annual work and training plan
Coordinate the work between different departments
