Assistant manager

Job Responsibilities:
To provide business support to the administration and financial management of the organization.

• Financial management
  
• Coordinate with HK & Beijing accounting firm on book keeping, financial analysis.
• Control the expenses against budget
• Facilitate the audit and fulfill other financial requirement.
  
• Administrative support
  
• Support committees’ activities by offering administrative service
  
• Presentation Materials Preparation
  
• Support the Executive Director to prepare Board member materials
  

Job Requirements:

• University Graduate or above
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field, understand the HK accounting principles, CPA preferred.
• Speak, read and write fluent English, computer literacy (Microsoft Suite);
• Communication skills, fluency in Mandarin, commitment to work, attention to detail, initiative, confidentiality, planning, strong coordinating and organizational skills, time management, problem solving, Team work.
