Job Title: Customer Service Consultant


Reports to: Team Leader/Team Deputy/Supervisors

Work Place: Shanghai. 工作地点:上海


Goals:

The Customer Service Consultant is mainly responsible for handling calls from/to customers, answering customers’ inquiries and resolving any service or product related issues. He/she offers excellent service quality and strives for customer retention, hereby observing company targets in regards to Service Level and Average Handling Time. He/she contributes to direct sales, provides sales services and supports sales activities.


Tasks - Dependent on the assignment focus the tasks include the following:

·         Handling of general inquiries, baggage inquiries, reservation and sales inbound calls

·         Provide complete customer service on the phone or via e-mail, letter, fax or chat regarding products and benefits that              Lufthansa Group carriers, the Star Alliance and its co-operational partners offer

·         Travel agency support

·         Online Support

·         Answer any inquiries on the Frequent Flyer Program Miles&More

·         Support sales activities (e.g. sales promotions) and actively contribute to direct sales

·         Keep up to date with product and service process information and national and international aviation related news

·         Data entry and update in database

·         Outbound Calls

·         Other non-call services support on demand

·         Any other tasks as required


Job Profile: Education

High school certificate, A level/ Abitur or equivalent: Required

Degree: Bachelor: Desirable


Professional Experience: Desirable


Technical Competencies and other prerequisites:

Language:    

-       English Required;

-       Mandarin Required

-       Cantonese Desirable;

-       Japanese Desirable

-       German   Desirable;

-       Local/ Other Desirable


Expert knowledge: Desirable

Computer proficiency: User Level

Other: Shift work, and Working under time pressure
