Objectives of job
• Management of project quality tasks
Lead and coordinate an automotive development project based on theoretical quality knowledge .According to customer requirements and project timeline, make sure that the product quality concept
Development meet the deadline, cost and maturity level, also responsible for being in compliance with the strategic resources of functional unit from defined project phase to serial production.
• Management of project organization
Elaboration of a suggestion with respect to project organization, selection of suitable employees in concert with supervisors, definition of tasks, regulations and interfaces for partial project managements. Support of the project purchasing team in the definition of requirements, supplier decisions.
• Customer relationship
Act as interface between involved internal/external areas and clarification of project quality issues to the customer in cooperation with the supervisors in the project hierarchy.
• Management of project costs
Establishment and coordination of budget planning for the purchasing parts scope in the respective project as well as deviating, agreeing on and tracking goals and measures with the specialist project manager for quality, based on functional requirements and in concert with the specialist departments.
• Management of project documentation
Ensuring the documentations across the project development phase and during series production and forwarding them to the corresponding body. Ensure the achievement of the agreed objectives with respect to the appropriate professional topics. Promote constructive cooperation between relevant departments. Demand solving problems, set priorities and bring about sustainable decisions based on the SEP rules for achieving the project objectives in close cooperation with the departments and in consultation with the supervisor in the project hierarchy. Create and check periodic project reports (according to agreed rules) and presentations before and during the project period and the final project documentation for transferring to the direct project supervisor. When the deviation between target and actual happens, inform the supervisor timely according to the defined escalation level. Editing work packages according to separate particular analyze of concepts and scenarios.
• Change Management
Describe and evaluate the amendments and ensure the implementation of change requests from internal or external customers, in coordination with other department project managers in the project.
• Leadership
Lead and motivate employees in the project team based on the agreed guideline. For performance issues or general problems try to consult with the line manager or the main area manager (escalation).
• Key user
Attend key user training and complete training document, coach new associates with relevant topic.
Job and Work Requirements
• Studies or relevant professional training and experience in the relevant field, advanced business knowledge
• 4-5 years in relevant activity field
• Familiar with quality tools
• Project management skills
• Advanced English language abilities (speak and write)
