We are newly set up a   resource management team to improve efficiency of request assignment and more   transparent resource management throughout ASR team (cover 500+ FTE ).
1. Monitor the data        of work demand and resource status, set up warning to Management Team        and DMO if required      监控工作需求和各团队人手状况,提前发布紧张期的预警通知
2. Will contact engagement        team to confirm the work request detail (e.g Expected material submission        date, budget hours…etc) before assign the work      在分配工作前和项目组沟通具体的工作内容和交付时间
3. Monitor each        team’s workload and utilisation and adjust the work distribution        according to Management Team’s requirement 监控各组的工作量和工作指标,根据管理层的要求调整工作安排需求
4. Monitor each        team’s work forecast / plan to improve the accuracy      监控各组的工作计划预测
5. Provide the        report and data for Management Team and DMO       准备管理层报告
6. Answer the        queries from engagement team regarding to Work Request allocation

回答项目组问题和解决分配任务相关的疑问。



 

Requirements

1. Two years work experiences on customer service or coordination work 两年客服或者项目协调的工作经验
2. Be able to communicate with stakeholder smoothly and with good negotiation skill 良好的沟通技巧,能自如地与各部门协作
3. Experience in workforce management is a plus 有集中人力资源管理分配的经验优先
4. Prior BPO centre experience will be preferred. 曾在业务流程外包中心相关企业任职者优先考虑。
5. Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines. 合理分配时间,按时完成工作。
6. Be able to work under high pressure from Jan to May 能承受高强度的工作压力(1月到5月)
7. Good team work spirit. Positive on others’ advice. 良好的团队合作精神。乐于接受他人的建议。
8. Strong Chinese and English writing skills. 具有良好的中英文写作能力。
