1. Oversee the whole QC team and keep it with highly motivation;
2. Team coaching and continually improvement;
3. QC schedule managements and work allocation;
4. Supervise the Quality Management to ensure the products would meet all the requirments of client and company;
5. Communicate and team working with other team;
6. Client complaints and CAP follow up;
7. Budget and expense control.
-Minimum 10 years working experience in QCfiled and above 5 years management experience;
-Familiar related requirements on QCmanagement, QC equipment qualification and testing method validation;
-Sufficient knowledge and experienced onsampling and inspection of gifts, promotion items area;
-Sufficient experience with processvalidation of gifts, promotion items area products;
-Able to work under high pressure andself-motivated;-Good command in English(listening/reading/writing).
