Summary:

Job Descriptions:


1)Sell the business case to the Chinese LBU decision makers
2)Initiate the local roll-out projects with local stakeholders and purchasing representatives
3)Collect, understand and validate the local business requirements for indirect  purchasing
4)Project Co-director for the CB roll-out projects with strong project management skills
5)Initiate and support change management activities to get a consolidated system into the organization and to ensure further system usage
6)Collect all needed data and information to hand it over to global Implementation team for system customization
7)Plan, organize and execute  integration testing and UAT (user acceptance testing)
8)Communicate project progress to project management and steering committee in close cooperation with project co-director from global CB implementation team
9)Coordinate content management of the process to make sure sourcing content are consolidated and ready for system uploading on schedule
10)Make sure that all local resources are available
11)Assist global Implementation team in all aspects of issue resolution with local staff
12)Proactively raise risks, issues and their resolutions in a timely fashion as well as provide the 13)Steering Committee with regular updates on status of the CB activities
14)Localization of training material and user documentation
15)Liaise and assist global project team in all organisational aspects
16)Close co-operation with the Global CB Implementation and Support Team to get sign off of for the project deliverables
17)Define and specify support processes and technical documentation requirements for the LBU’s production systems related to Catalog Buyer
18)Work with global Catalog Buyer interdisciplinary team on all further Chinese CB roll-out projects to ensure consistency and avoid knowledge drain due to changing resources
19)Be single point of contact for all kind of CB support queriesReport SCM sucess stories across China in Cooperation with team members
20)Documentation and report of project success
21)Reponsible for  implementation of other SCM tools in China


Job Requirements:


1)SAP SRM and MM knowledge
2)Expert in Indirect Procurement Processes
3)Working experience in purchasing/sourcing function as Sourcing manager especially in Indirect 4)Procurement required
5)Min. 2 years working experience in MNC
6)Experience of working with IT system implementation projects
7)Good command of written and oral English
8)Experience in Project management
9)Customer oriented
10)Self-motivated, team oriented
11)Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills
12)Good knowledge about procurement process
13)Able to work effectively with internal and external interfaces
14)Able to work under pressure
15)Be able to understand business needs and to transform requirements into solutions
16)Excellent presentation skill
17)Mobility required to work across country for travel
