Responsibility

1. Assists to establish the training system and follow up the implementation
2. Identify the specific development needs of target audience in line with business strategy
3. Assists on training workshop and development solution to ensure the effectiveness of the training
4. Responsible for training results evaluation. Evaluates the results and effectiveness of training by using different approaches, and improves the training effectiveness accordingly to ensure the assigned projects run on the right track to desired results
5. Responsible for communication and operation of other training programs

Requirement

1. At least 2 years working experience, preferably with experience in HR/Managerial
2. High level of interpersonal skills
3. Customer oriented
4. Logical and strategic thinking
5. Good cooperation and teamwork
6. Fluent English communication
