Job Summary
Be responsible for monitoring daily accounting activities in Shanghai and Qidong Plant, including Accounts Payable, Employee Payable, Costing, Tax, Fixed Assets Management and Financial Closing. Ensure the implementation of PRC and Group Accounting GAAP. Complete other ad hoc jobs required by BHC Accounting Manager.
Principal Accountabilities
1 Manage daily accounting activities in Shanghai office and Qidong Plant
- Monitoring process of daily cash/bank payment
- Directs the preparation of all financial records
- Manages the financial booking and closing activity
- Directs the open items management
- Costing management for Qidong Plant
- Support the legal entity closing process
2 Manage Fixed assets for both Shanghai office and Qidong Plant
- Develops and update fixed assets management policy
- Directs monthly and yearly fixed assets management
3 Report management
- Manages the preparation of internal and external Financial reports if required
4 Manage internal and external Auditing
- Oversees audits within the operations
- Directs the preparation to support internal/external audit requirements
- Arrange and coordinate all activities surrounding the annual audit
5 Develop relationship with external parities (Bank, SAFE, local Tax Bureau or other related authorities)
6 Lead and train accounting staffs, including re-define job description and team structure
7 Provides financial consultation to functional division on related issues/projects
8 Provide training to functional employees on Financial related Procedure/Policy
9 Continuously improve accounting workflow, including reviewing current accounting practice, and fine-tuning the workflow timely
10 Implementation of SOX/ICS requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or related
Experience: 8 years or above
Specialised Training: Chinese Certified Accountant is preferred
Knowledge & Skills:
- Understanding of Accounting guidelines including Chinese, Group and International accounting standards,
- At least 3 years working experience in Financial/Accounting management position in the multinational company
- Good knowledge on accounting system(SAP is preferred)
- Good command of oral and written English
- Good Teamwork spirit
- Good communication skill
- Good Leadership skill
