Job Summary:
Assist PMs or other departments arranging and implementing their domestic and international events.
Responsibilities:
· Work closely with PMs and other departments to arrange and implement the international and domestic activities · Follow up the details such as congress registration, invitation letter, visa, accommodation and flight tickets etc. · Negotiate with hotels and agencies to get better price and service · Follow up detail arrangement and implementation on site if necessary · Agency evaluation
Requirement:
· College degree level · Congress management experience in companies · Or hotel experience especially on catering, accommodation or congress service. · Or tour agency experience · Good communication Skill, · Very good communication skills in both Mandarin and English on writing and oral. · Very good skills on computer, word, excel. · Very good negotiation skill with hotel and agency
