1. Develop and implement local compliance guidelines based on Bayer Global Corporate Compliance Program
2. Review trips and professional events applications to ensure they are in line with compliance guidelines
3. Maintain trips and professional events reporting system
4. Assist Compliance Manager to conduct training and provide consultancy of compliance policies across BHC
5. Detect and report to Compliance manager any violation or deviation from compliance guidelines
6. Liaise with legal dept. for consultation and discussion
7. Make industry research on code compliance related issues

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years focusing on Legal Compliance related field
3. Internal audit experience is a plus
4. Excellent judgment capabilities
5. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
6. Demonstrated ability for problem solving and conflict resolution
7. Fluent in both oral and written English
