1. Drive and coordinate internal control related projects such as SOX 404 and specific healthcheck projects being initiated by regional/global respective functions
2. Work closely with all business divisions for evaluation and completion of Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) required by HQ
3. Support dept. heads/process owners to develop/complete action plans in SAQ in due course
4. Collect proving documents for SAQ and prepare for SAQ audit
5. Develop and implement guideline management regulation for compilation, approval, distribution, and regular review/update of company guidelines to ensure all guidelines are up-to-date and the latest version is available to all relevant employees.
6. Streamline/update existing guidelines with process owners and initiate adoption of global guidelines requested by HQ
7. Optimize business processes with relevant dept. heads/process owners to meet business requirements
8. Liaise with Greater China ICS Community for information and best practice sharing

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in MNC with at least 2 years focusing on internal control ideally in pharmaceutical industry
3. CPA or equivalent certificate holder
4. Demonstrated ability to drive changes and implementation of guidelines to support business requirements
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Strong thinking and analytical skills, a quick learner
7. Proficient in English- both oral and written
