Major responsibilities:
1.Generating and verifying reports to HQ and other departments as needed
2.Coordination among various departments regarding implementation of sales activities as needed
3.Prepare business review presentation for various meetings
4.Manage daily administrative work in the department in cooperation with other Assistants in the department.
Requirements:
1.Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent education background, majored in business, economics etc.
2.Work experience in sales or marketing is preferred
3.Strong analytical ability and able to work with figures
4.Good command of English, both in oral and written form
5.Good level of skill in use of computer applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and Access
6.Positive working attitude, is responsible and hard working
7.Able to work under pressure
8.Good interpersonal communication skills
