1. Organize the completeness of yearly budget.
2. Routine budget monitoring and control.
3. Set up and improve KPI evaluation system for Operations.
4. Financial analysis for projects.
5. Process control and innovation.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Take the responsibility for cost analysis including production cost, material cost, operation cost, etc and is able to identify the deviation and put forward proposals for improvement.
2. Organize to complete the OP yearly budget with all relevant departments.
3. Budget control for the plant including expenses control, capital investment, headcount.
4. Set up and improve KPI system for the plant management.
5. Business process improvement and innovation where necessary.
6. Assistant line manager to work out various kinds of internal and external operations reports at request.
7. Fix asset management.
8. Financial analysis for new projects.

Qualifications & Experience

1. College degree with major in economics or similar fields
2. At least 2 years in manufacturing cost control
3. Be sensitive to figures; good communication and interpersonal skills; strong sense of analytical thinking; good command of English in both speaking and writing.
