Job Description:

• To track and monitor internal compliance process implementation , supporting ICS & F/A department
  
• To provide support on Sales & Marketing Management regarding business analysis, in order to effectively impact on the decision making of spending and investment and cost savings
  
• To check and monitor the payment vouchers that marketing & Sales related
  
• To train the business organization to understand financial related issues especially the cost center structures, cost center element definition, compliance process and the related justification
  
• To act as a business advisor to the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager
  
• To set up the standard procedure for business organization to improve transparency and efficiency

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent education background, majored in business, economics, etc. And majored in Finance, accounting, statistics is preferred
  
• At least 2-3 years' working experience, in production or manufacturing company, especially F&A areas is preferred
  
• Strong analytical ability, likes to deal with figures
  
• Be able to communicate in English both oral and written
  
• Good at computer application, especially power point, excel, word
  
• Positive working attitude, being responsible and hard working
  
• Ability to work under pressure
  
• Good at coordinative skills
