职位描述/要求:
Job Description:
- Take care of overall facility management of headquarter office with 10,000 sq.m in total
- Lead HQ Administration Team to deliver high quality, prompt and courteous office services to support client’s business needs, incl. reception management, office supplies, tea services, post & courier, office security, office tidiness, seat plan and other soft services required
- Coordinate with local sales force to monitor the updates/renewal process of business licenses and provide consultancies
- Support line manager to conduct fleet management as required
- Coach and develop team members to create a high performance team
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 5 years relevant working experiences and at least 1 year leadership experience
- Positive working attitude, high accountability, hard working in efficient & effective manner
- Ability to work under pressure and capacity to handle multiple tasks at same time
- Good team player
