Responsibilities:

1. Drive and coordinate internal control related projects
2. Implement guideline management process to ensure the quality of the guidelines
3. Streamline/update existing guidelines with process owners and initiate adoption of global guidelines requested by HQ
4. Optimize business processes with relevant dept. heads/process owners to meet business requirements
5. Coordinate/Support Corporate/Internal Audit
6. Liaise with Greater China ICS Community for information and best practice sharing

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in MNC with at least 3 years focusing on internal control, audit experience with a Big Four firm is a plus
3. Demonstrated ability to identify deficiencies and drive changes to support business requirements
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong thinking and analytical skills, a quick learner
6. Proficient in English- both oral and written
