职位描述/要求:
Job Summary
- Working as member of BHC Public Affairs team towards assisting the daily work.
- Cooperating with other depts. and offering supports.
- Coordinating with the daily work of Public Affairs members.
- Assisting with some internal & external projects.
Principal Accountabilities
- To work towards assisting the Public Affairs team of the daily work: meeting arrangement, filing, presentation preparation, make appointments, travel arrangement, update customer database etc.
- To cooperate with other depts. and offer information needed.
- To manage drug samples and stationery etc.
- To collect info. and work with internal & external resources for internal and external projects.
Qualification and Experience
- Education: College degree, major in pharmacy, medicine, English or International Trade.
- Experience: 2-3 years related experience in multi-national companies or above.
- Knowledge & skills: Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Work under pressure
- Good teamwork spirit
- Being conscientious and responsible for the work
- Good English both in written and oral
