职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities (1) Contracts · Assist in handling independently the establishment, maintenance and operation of the contract management system for BHC (particularly BSP, but including other Divisions) in accordance with the global Bayer directives and policies. · Liaise with the caretakers, contract management officers, finance colleagues, general managers of the legal entity, heads of department, managers, colleagues etc in relation to contract management matters, including answering questions, explaining the process, solving problems, enhancing awareness etc. · Assist in conducting contract management training for all caretakers (and other colleagues involved in the process) and answering their questions. Also conducting training for other colleagues regarding contract management on an as-needed basis. · Find solutions for technical issues relating to the contract management system (and the EFILIA database) together with assistance from IT. · Check, review and verify that the caretakers are completing the relevant contract datasheets properly, and in a timely manner, and that the contents of the contracts signed by the relevant BHC entity are accurately reflected in the contract datasheet, and handling any disputes or concerns relating to this process · Implement the Contract Management Directive, and making any necessary amendments from time to time in consultation with the Contract Management Officer · Liaise with contract management colleagues at BCL legal to consult on various related issues and, to the extent possible, establishing consistent contract management systems in the Bayer entities in China (across Bayer Subgroups). Seals · Assist in handling independently the establishment, maintenance and operation of a proper BHC company seal management system. · As directed, affix company seal on daily basis. · Liaise with other seal-holders (branches, contract seals, finance seals etc) to ensure the appropriate recording and maintenance of various seal log-books, and overall management of the seal log-book process so that various seal logs are uploaded into appropriate IT system. Responsibilities (2) l Secretary to Legal Department · Reporting to the Director, to assist with much administrative work and paper work, including scheduling and arranging meetings, maintain files and records etc. in Legal Affairs Department. · Prepare various documents including reports, ppts, for various meetings and reports. · Assist in writing a wide variety of correspondence and documents for internal and external use. · Assist in coordination among various departments including completing/implementing any necessary details · Manage daily administrative work in the department in cooperation with other colleagues in the department, including mailing, travel arrangement, filing, make reservations · Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements · Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent education · Experience in multinational cooperation would be preferred · Good communication skills, cooperative, well-organized, · Strong computer skills, especially in PowerPoint · Good at English, both verbal and written. · Positive working attitude, is responsible and hard working · Able to work under pressure Others · Responsible and reliable · Team-player, able to deal with groups · Strong leadership qualities · Good communications skills (able to conduct training effectively, communicate clearly and articulately) · Practical, solutions-oriented · Able to work independently and to create structures and adopt a structured, orderly approach to work · Detail and process oriented Pleasant personality, self-aware, good interpersonal skills 联系方式:
