REPORTS TO: Sales Excellence Mgr
MAIN TASKS
– Maintain, develop and optimize sales database;
– Give innovative proposal on the system upgrade project and introduce state-of-the-art BI tool;
– Identify all BU’s needs and generate a variety of sales report and customize the business analysis
– Develop the system functionality and diversify the business analysis model.
– Deliver training on the sales reporting and analysis system to sales force
– Independently manage sales information system upgrade project
– Negotiate with IT consultancy/vender to how to upgrade the sales information system
– Closely cooperate with CRM team on sales activity tracking system establishment and relevant analysis.
REQUIREMENT
– At least college education. Statistics or and Computer related bachelor degree is preferred.
– At least 3 year working experience in data analysis or management. Good grasp of CRM system is a plus.
– Have strong business sense.
– Proficient in data processing, analysis and report generation. Sensitive to figure; strong sense of analytical mind, reliable.
– Sound application and superior skill in PC application, especially in Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
– Good spoken and written English
– Systematic, patient, precise, easy-going, conscientious, self-motivated, agile mind and good self-learning ability in a fast moving & dynamic environment.
– Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
– Ability to organize the work independently
