职位描述/要求:

Manage and direct all Commercial Sales activities in North 1 region, which includes distributor selection, credit limits, rebates, refunds, hospital bidding affairs and other related activities. Recommend improvements in processes to increase the effectiveness of the department with the goal of improving the company’s profitability and cash flow.

Principal Accountabilities

1 Manages the North 1 commercial sales team to achieve the sales quota.
2 Manages the efficient supply of products throughout the distribution channel, timely collection of payment of invoices and the monitoring of distributor’s stock levels.
3 Manages the investigation and review of credit data of distributions to reduce the financial risk of company in North 1 Region.
4 In charge of the hospital open bidding in North 1 Region, work closely with sales force and local distributors to win the bidding.
5 Monitors distributor activities and joined call with subordinates, to ensure the distributors’ willingness on cooperation with Bayer, solve the issues in the cooperation if there is any.
6 Ensure the stabilization of the selling price of Bayer’s products in local market in North 1 Region.
7 Monitors the distributors’ cross-region sales, work closely with commercial colleagues in other regions to reduce the negative influence to the market due to such kind of cross-region sales.
8 Coach and train the subordinates to development their working skill, establish a learning team.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: A relevant Technical Degree

Experience:

5+ years experience in Pharmaceutical industry is required.
At least 2 year experience in same position in MNCs.

Specialised Training:

The candidate should have a proven record of sales, ability to analyze financial data and general business knowledge. The candidate should have good experience in building relationships with customers and individual / teams at all levels of management

Willing to work under pressure
Strong team player
Strong communication skills
Tenacity, time management, results oriented
Mandarin and English (written and spoken) fluency is required
