Principal Accountabilities

• Secure media opportunities based on the overall corporate and marketing planning of Bayer HealthCare/ Bayer Schering Pharma
• Implement the corporate and product events achieving the publicity of the company and its products.
• Build and maintain strong relations with media
• Support for crisis communication management
• Manage and supervise the agency work
• Support BU’s Communication with regional and global team

Qualifications and Experience

Education: University degree in communications related field of study

Experience: At least 7 years experience in PR industry-either in agency or in-house (agency background preferred)

Specialised Training:

• Knowledge & Skills: Understanding of PR industry and media operation in China
• Proven track record of building up relations with media and media events
• Established ability to work long-term PR concepts to support business
• Experience in managing external agencies in implementing PR proposals
• Good communications skill in spoken and written Chinese & English
