Major responsibilities:

• Accountable for product costing run in the plant incl master data Preparation,consolidating and reviewing the cost center allocation,release regular basis
• Ensure that all reports requested by Headquarter and internal business units could be provided in an accurate and timely manner.
• Be responsible to coordinate with all dept concerned to get to the yearly budget (headcount plan, cost center plan) done smoothly
• Assist plant manager to monitor and control budget
• Develop relevant plant controlling guideline to safeguard the smooth running of business
• KPI system development and monitoring

Requirement:

• At least college degree with major in economics or similar fields accounting education background is a plus;
• At least 2 years experience in manufacturing cost control;
• Be sensitive to figures;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Strong sense of analytical thinking;
• Leadership potential;
• Good command of English in both speaking and writing;
