DUTIES
• Lead a team to run a CRM upgrade project; bear full responsibility of deployment/roll-out of CRM upgrade project.
• Cooperate closely with Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing Excellence team, top mgmt, all BU heads and S&M, Training and IT personnel on defining and implementing CRM/ETMS campaign in BSP China; organize all task force meeting with cross-function staff.
• Mange sales activity tracking and evaluation system and optimize the system for business need
• Generate regular and customize all kinds of sales analysis report.
• Responsible for liaison with vendor in delivering our business need and negotiate with vender how to consolidating the requirement of BSP China into CRM system and find the cost-saving solution.
• Deliver technical training to all categorized CRM users and work closely with Training Team to develop training course about ETMS
• Provide on-going technical support in regular CRM maintenance and optimization producing solution in case of any extra needs.
• Regularly check and ensure data accuracy in the system.
• Establish a SOP of system database maintenance to ensure system runs smoothly
• Monitor the CRM usage and build up the feedback process of system usage with field force or other department to enhance the system.
• Other projects undertaking assigned by Sales Effectiveness Manager to increase sales force effectiveness.
REQUIREMENT
• Computer related education background/ IT related bachelor degree holder
• At least 2 years team management or project leader experience
• More than 2 year ERP/CRM implementation or at least 3 years database management working experience
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good grasp of Sybase, SQL server, Access and Web knowledge. To independently design and develop is a plus.
• Strong organizational, systematic, analytical and troubleshooting skill; agile mind; high self-study ability. Work effectively and independently
