Job Responsibilities:

• Distribute NIS relevant documents, including agreement and CRF etc.
• Collect signed agreement and completed CRF
• Check returned CRF on completeness, plausibility and validity
• Where appropriate, conduct on-site raw data verification
• Distribute queries to the investigators and collect the answer for queries
• Enter data into database and double check
• Settle investigator payment within NIS
• Track study and update the status to local project manager
• Provide training on NIS-SOP/guideline and project (protocol, CRF etc) to company representatives

Requirements:

• College degree or above with at least 2 years working experiences;
• Honest, dedicated and detailed oriented;
• Excellent communication skill with teamwork spirit;
• Good command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good command of English both oral and written
