1.1 Business Support

·        Follow-up financial performance and strategy implementation

·        Deliver performance analyses & benchmarking

·        Point out business improvement potential

·        Participate in Mill's financial forecasting and fixed cost budgeting

·        Measure profitability (revenue related) and costs (mill cost control)

·        Carry out investment post-calculations

·        Co-operate with Finance Shared Service organisation to implement accounting standards

·        Support Business process and IT-tools development

1.2 Internal controls

·        Participate in local internal control and risk management work

·        Participate in local SOX implementation and maintenance

1.3 Projects

·        Partly involve IT or business projects as role of Finance

2. Required Key Competencies

1.      Good knowledge in financial issues; especially in management accounting

2.      Knowledge of  Paper Industry business processes and IT-systems especially SAP ERP system

3.      Knowledge of Microsoft office tools e.g. Excel, Word and Powerpoint

4.      Good communication skill in both English and Chinese

5.      Sufficient Financial English skills
