职位描述/要求:
Purpose of the job: This describes the job briefly. It explains why the job exists. · In charge of all kind of detail jobs of administration in terminal · Passenger car (shuttle bus) management · HR coordination, stationary and office facilities purchasing, cash management. . Key Tasks: This describes the most important tasks involved in the job. It's also possible to highlight here what competencies and levels of expertise are required in order to perform the job. · Help to release company rules, policies, regulations and information. · Coordinate with Personnel Outsourced Agent · Provide HR related monthly records of · Coordinate in HR mgmt processes, e.g. PPR, labor contract, personnel check in & out, check in training etc. · Purchasing of office stationary, facilities and the management including maintenance + reasonable low cost. · As a cashier to take care of reimbursement, cheque issue and collection, bank issue and cash management. · Library set up. · Passenger car arrangement and management, expense control. · Other administrative issues and clean + healthy environment keeping. · Other tasks assigned by accountant, manager · Help to release and collect ISO documentation. Prerequisites This describes the education, experience, and language required. · College or above · Min 1 year working experience in foreign company and 2 years HR and Adm. experience · Computer skills, English skills 联系方式:
