职位描述/要求：
育碧上海现正招聘精通AS3的FLASH程序员, 其主要负责开发社交游戏（网页游戏）的客户端功能和特性，且具备提供各类技术解决方案和应对设计需求的能力


职责
负责社交游戏Flash端的相关实现；
分析并维护现有代码，按照需求扩展功能并修正原有bug；
与美工、策划密切合作以整合UI和美术资源；
为团队成员提供必要的技术支持


职位要求
1年以上FLASH游戏开发经验；
熟悉面向对象的程序设计，了解常用的设计模式；
精通Flash AS3编程技术，熟悉多个AS3的开源库；
精通Flash与服务端数据通信机制(AMF, socket；
能够使用常见的客户端技术：HTML,CSS,JavaScript、AJAX,并对XML有基本的了解；
灵活根据需求组织工作，适应重用现有组件和技术（而不是重写）；
有责任心，勇于承担个人和团队的研发任务；
具有团队精神，良好的沟通合作能力，并能承受工作压力；
有良好的英文读写能力；
爱玩游戏，更爱游戏开发。


具有完整社交/网页游戏开发经验者优先


General Description
Ubisoft Shanghai is seeking for talented Flash AS3 programmer with experience and expertise in web game. The main responsibility of the Flash AS3 programmer would be to implement features in SNS web games and be capable enough for creating various technical solutions as per the design requirements.


Responsibilities
Create various gaming components for SNS web game in Flash side
Analysis and maintain existing code to implement new features and fix bugs
Integrate various art/UI assets and work closely with artists and designers.
Provide support to team members whenever required.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in technology and minimum 1 years of programming experience in FLASH AS3.
Have a strong understanding of object oriented programming and Design Patterns.
Possess excellent programming skills in FLASH AS3 and Familiar with several open source AS3 libs.
Have understanding of Flash and server data communication mechanism (AMF, socket)
Be able to use HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX (client side technologies) and have basic understanding of XML.
Be flexible in organizing the work as per the requirements and adapt to reuse existing components and technology, rather than re-inventing them again.
Responsible, commitment to personal and peer development
Be a team player, hold good communication skills to interact with various teams and understand how to work in a result oriented environments.
Should be fluent in English
A passion for creating and playing games
Experience with SNS/web games is preferable.
