职位描述/要求:
The company is a global powerhouse in electrical engineering and electronics. They develop and manufacture products, design and install complex systems and projects, and tailor a wide range of services for individual requirements in the areas of Information and Communications, Automation and Control, Power, Transportation, Medical, and Lighting. Currently, they are looking for a competent member to join their Shenzhen Office:


ASSISTANT TO SALES GENERAL MANAGER
Location: Shenzhen (possibility in Shanghai in 1-2 years)

Job Responsibilities:
-Coordination with all regional or department managers for various kinds of monthly or weekly reports
-Communicate with commercial department and Munich for the sales forecast and ERM accuracy
-Internal control for the sales process
-All kinds of sales related activities with marketing department, such as seminars and exhibitions
-Market information collection from various channels
-All confidential documents management, which includes the sales quotation and contracts management
-Provide secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-3-5 years relevant working experience
-with good manner, very nice personality and experienced
-Able to travel to regions if necessary
-Fluent English or German speaker, who is able to travel to other countries if necessary
-3 years working experience in the area of SMT or factory is preferred
-Flexibility to work in Shanghai in future is preferred
-2 years working experience in an international company
