职位描述/要求：
Founded in 1977, the company offers a wide range of services including production, marketing, and manufacturing of telecommunication, broadband, office automation and entertainment electronics. With a capable and experienced in-house R&D and concurrent engineering team, the company is able to offer complete design engineering and concurrent engineering to optimize product quality, production efficiency and cost reduction during each step of development from prototype to mass production. Currently the company is looking for a right person to fill the following position:
 
PMC Manager (Production Materials Control) – ShaJing Plant

 Responsibilities:
  • Report to Senior PMC Manager in Hong Kong
  • Lead a team of 10 to 15 people
  • Oversee the functions of MC department
  • Comply with the corporate supply chain model for materials planning and control with respect to customer model
  • Monitor the result of MRP and ensure accurate PRs been released
  • Ensure sufficient materials supply in accordance with MPS including a) LLT items, b) normal leadtime items and c) bulky (JIT) items
  • Supervise and monitor the SOC and SDC handled by MC planners
  • Optimize the resources of operation and meet customers' requirement
  • Meet the targets and goals of the company in the materials aspect, e.g. inventory turns, leadtime management etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in Material planning/Control and familiar with the material process control of PCBA field, minimum 3 years of which are of managerial level
  • Good communication skill to ensure the material to meet the product requirement in JIT
  • Fluent in Spoken and Written English
