1 、带领团队进行公关活动的策划、预算、提案、报价与执行;
2 、领导团队为客户提供专业服务并协助他们实现市场传播目标;
3 、建立、维护健康、互信的客户关系,并进行长期的项目性的新客户的拓展与提案
4 、部门业务规划、业务目标的制定并领导团队达成目标;
5 、负责团队建设及日常工作管理,为团队成员提供专业培训与指导。
职位要求:
1 、五年以上公关咨询行业背景和相关工作经验;
2 、出色的传播策划能力、组织能力、项目管理能力及执行能力;
3 、熟悉媒体宣传,与各大媒体有密切联系;
4 、具有广泛的社会关系和客户资源;
5 、较强的领导才能、沟通协调能力和 丰富的 团队 管理经验;
6 、富于创意,工作责任心强,能够承担较大的工作压力 ;
7 、中文写作能力和提案能力强,英文读、说、听、写流利;
8 、有海外留学背景者最佳。

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
· Leadership in PR plan, propose, budget, quotation and execution.
· Leading team to provide professional service for the customer and assisting to achieve their objectives
· Establish and keep a healthy, mutual trust relations with clients, develop new client and constitute long-term proposal.
· Develop department plan and goals , and also lead the team to achieve the objectives.
· Responsible for teambuilding and management, offering professional training and directions,
QUALIFICATION :
· At least 5 years working experience in PR and Advertising companies
· Excellent PR planning, organizing, managing and executive ability.
· Familiar with media, keeping in a good touch with media.
· With extensive social relations and clients resources.
· With good communication and co-ordination skills.
· Creative, responsible and can conquer the pressure.
· Excellent Chinese writing skills. Good command of English, both in reading, writing speaking and listening.
· Overseas higher education background will be given priority
