职位描述/要求：
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of process performance and capability, standard material performance and capabilities
- Work across all products to ensure process capabilities and resolve any process issues
- Resolve equipment issues and ensure reliable operation
- Optimize equipment and procedures to minimize downtime during changeovers, clean ups, and set ups
- Develop a partnership, teamwork, and a cooperative effort with product engineers
- Responsible for assessment, recommendation, and implementation of new and/or modified processes and equipment to
standardization
- Work with suppliers and purchasing to resolve material issues and ensure reliable supplier and material performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and above, majored in Chemistry, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Over 2 years work experience as a process engineer in coating, extruding and converting work experience
- Chemical working experience in multinational manufacturing site is preferred
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
