职位描述/要求：

Responsibilities:

  1. Manufacturing Process (SMT, MI, Soldering, Final Assembly)audits and follow up
  2. Install structural Quality System to drive OEM/ODM suppliers for continuous improvement.
  3. Analyze manufacturing problems, coach and drive suppliers for corrective and preventive actions.
  4. Continuous improvement through benchmarking.

Job Requirements:

  • Academic/Professional Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor of Manufacturing Engineering
  • Working Experience: min 2-3 years working experience in TV manufacturing
  • Expertise/Skills: Familiar with DOE(prefer), FMEA, PDCA & quality tools.
  • Personal Attributes: Self driven and independent Good communication skills and works well as a team leader as well as a team member
