职位描述/要求:
工作职责 Job description
- 负责Philips LED产品在指定区域内的销售并完成销售业绩
Be responsible for Philips LED products sales in specified region and achieve the sales target
- 开发并维护重点客户(特别是银行, 电信及连锁餐饮、酒店、卖场行业)以完成销售
Develop and maintain key accounts (mainly for Bank, Telecom and chain fast food/hotel/super-market accounts) to achieve Philips LED sales
- 与重点客户保持密切关系,跟进销售项目直至完成销售
Keep good relationship with key accounts, follow up and accomplish the project sales of key accounts
- 发展和管理广告标识行业相关客户(包括标识制作商,广告灯箱制作发布商,VI设计公司等)作为合作伙伴,并建立起销售网络
Develop and manage relevant Advertising company (such as sign maker, post box maker, VI design company...etc) as channel partner, and set up sales distribution network thru channel partner
- 与合作伙伴配合共同开发重点客户
Cooperate with channel partner to develop and approach key accounts
personal quality required:
- College degree and 5+ years B2B sales experience
- Ability to work with different people
- Have B2B end user key account knowledges
- Desire and capacity to coach and transfer skill/knowledge to others
- Possession of highest personal integrity and standards
- Results oriented, self-motivated, take initiative with a "can do" attitude
- Have 3M "广告灯箱膜"or relevant products sales experience is prefered
