Responsibilities:
-Deliver high quality software source code on time
-Follow the company development process(CMM: Pearl)
-Design & develop application solutions
-Solve technical issues
-Identify technical risks and look for mitigation plan
-Help the junior developers to grow up

Basic Requirement:
-Bachelor or above in computer science or equivalent
-More than 4 years .Net application experience
-Skilled in the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server/Oracle, ADO.NET/XML, OOA/OOD, VSTS
-Strong Knowledge of .NET Framework, OO Methodology, UML and Design Patterns
-Strong knowledge of relational database
-Knowledge of CMM/CMMI process
-Experience on one or more of the following Microsoft Servers or framework: Sharepoint, BizTalk, Commerce server
-Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment
-Technically competent, creative, has initiative and ability to work independently
-Team player
-Good oral and written English

熟练掌握.NET Framework, 面向对象方法，UML和设计模式
熟练掌握关系数据库
了解CMM/CMMI流程
有以下一个以上微软产品或框架的项目经验：Share Point，BizTalk，Commerce Server
能够适应快节奏的工作环境
能够主动，独立地进行创造性的工作
能够和团队成员合作
良好的英语口语和写作能力
