职位描述/要求:
Job Summary: Provide Professional service to the MD, including work of a highly confidential, sensitive nature. Arranges travel itineraries, ensures adequate secretarial cover, initiating to provide information and/ or statistics. Offers a full secretarial service, screening mail/ calls, maintaining diary, etc. Main Responsibilities: - Provides administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer. - Performs extensive typing/word processing of numerous types of correspondence, reports, memoranda, documents, budgets, minutes and agendas, often including creating and editing. - Prepares documents from rough draft, verbal instruction, or transcribing machine. - Independently composes correspondence related to assigned responsibilities. - Prepares and circulate notices, agenda, minutes, resolutions, and packets of material as support to CEO and/or management meetings. - Distribute mail/fax/courier to management team staff. - Assist in, tracking, and distribution of management team’s policies and procedures. - Establish and maintain filing systems to keep work efficient. - Coordinate travel arrangements for management team staffs. - Perform general clerical and administrative duties including scheduling appointments. - Answer in-coming calls; routes callers or provides information, as required. - Maintain positive working relationship with management team staffs. - Perform other administrative and clerical duties, as assigned. Qualification: College graduate. with 3 years of experience on secretary or assistant role Must be responsible, proactive, mature, organized and able to work with variety levels of people.. Proactive attitude toward people communication Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently. 联系方式:
