职位描述/要求:
Responsibility:
 
To cultivate usage of ZO syndicated and proprietary research amongst ZO Planning Teams and China Media Exchange Implementation Teams
o        To conduct internal survey amongst ZO Planning Teams regarding their research needs/ (syndicated or proprietary) and identify research priorities for ZO and budget deployment
o        To introduce latest syndicated research subscribed by ZO to ZO Planning Team and China Media Exchange Implementation Teams and update findings across time
o        To identify, organize and conduct relevant training (conducted internally or by research suppliers) for Users to increase technical know-how and application of research findings
o        To solve Users’ queries related to technical know-how and interpretation of the data
o        To coordinate with Research suppliers regarding Users’ queries, represent ZO to feedback and improvement for future research questionnaire

To assist Communications Planning Director set ZO China’s standard of communications planning offering amongst ZO current clients and business pitch
o        To recommend to ZO Planning Team available research to address client’s business, brand and consumer concerns
o        To source research/ resources that addresses ZO’s and clients’ (top 10 ZO clients) needs i.e. improve on fact finding avenues to offer better fact-based planning recommendations
o        To guide/ supervise ZO Planning  Team on technical know-how and implementation of ZO’s research and tools for specific ROI analysis initiatives
o        To write the template for ZOOM tools analysis and share the learning
o        To lead in sourcing relevant consumer research and write consumer insights for specific consumer segments for ZO and for key business pitches
 
To act as Project Manager on ZO initiated consumer/ media research and Touchpoints research process
o        To set research objectives and methodology in line with client’s business, brand and consumer issues
o        To write research brief to research agency
o        To evaluate research agency’s proposal
o        To present to client ZO’ recommendation on research
o        To negotiate with research agency on cost
o        To manage the working process and timeline of the research
o        To quality control fieldwork and feedback to Research Agency
o        To quality control the output (research findings) and indicated actions based on the findings
o        To produce Touchpoints Debriefer and Touchpoints Norms for respective category
 
To train Supervisors on knowledge, technical skills and quality control the syndicated/ proprietary research data to ensure ZO reports on accurate data
o        To conduct on the job training for SR Supervisors
- quality control research data
- data interpretation and generate insights
- manage Research Agency relationship on day to day needs
 
Requirement:
 
o   At least university degree
o   Min 4-5 years (preferably research) experience in either Research companies of 4A Agency
o   Experienced in industry research tools, eg. Adexpower, Telmar, IMS
o   Strong logical thinking skills
o   Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin
o   Good command of PC skills;  Excel and Powerpoint
